Hold the City
The caliph's brother Maslama is marching on Constantinople with the largest army and fleet the Caliphate ever sent. A tax collector sits on the throne. You are Leon, general of the Anatolikon, born on the Syrian frontier, and you speak the enemy's language.
Take the City, then hold it until the besiegers leave. Keep the City, the army, the fire and the grain between empty and full. Spend the fire at the right moment, and choose whom to trust: the Armenians, the Bulgars, or the enemy's own crews.
